Why does LOCAL Bug Guy not offer same-day service?
Since 2011, we have been committed to convenient and effective pest control services. In the last 3 to 5 years, there has been a trend of pest control companies promising a same-day service. We have chosen not to follow that trend.
We choose not to follow that trend because we do not know how to do it without. 1 Raising the price to the customer or 2 paying technicians less money. Or just watering down the service in general.
In order to provide same-day service, we would have to make too many sacrifices.
We would either have to send a random technician. Which greatly decreases the quality and the consistency of your service.
Or, overcharge the customer. Or underpay the technician. If you leave extra space on the routes, then you need to make up for that lost revenue. You do this by either charging more to the customer or paying less to the technician.
We are committed to providing a great career not just a job. We want to provide a career that we would recommend to a loved one. And we want to provide a service that we would want to pay for ourselves. That takes a certain commitment.Â
We take care of our customers and our technicians. We believe that the best way to take care of the customer is to take care of the technician. Same-day service is tough on a tech. Especially when he had set customers. Instead of random customers.
If you appreciate having a career technician who has a great job and provides a great service. And is usually able to show up the next day. Then, LOCAL Bug Guy might be a great fit for you.
If same-day service is very important to you then we totally get it. And we encourage you to find a company that advertises same day service–just check the reviews to make sure they consistently follow through on that promise!
